How is "Constant Comment" decaffeinated?

Bigelow teabags are made from plant-based material that contains no plastic. The majority of our teabags are made from wood pulp and abaca fibers. How long should I steep "Constant Comment" for hot tea?

Bring fresh water to a rolling boil and steep one "Constant Comment" tea bag for 2 to 4 minutes. For a bolder cup, steep closer to 5 minutes. Remove the bag before serving. Avoid squeezing the bag, which can release bitter tannins.
