How to Make a Perfect Cup

Bring fresh cold water to a boil. By the pot: Pre-warm your teapot,. Add two rounded teaspoons of loose tea per cup. Plus one for the pot. Pour boiling water over tea leaves, cover, let steep for 2 minutes (or for whatever time you like), then pour through a strainer. By the cup: Pre-warm your cup. Add two rounded teaspoons of loose tea into your infuser. Do not fill your infuser completely as leaves will expand when wet.
