Ingredients

2 tea bags Bigelow Toasted Coconut Almond Bark Black Tea

4 oz. hot water (to brew a concentrate

2 oz. vanilla vodka (or regular vodka + ¼ tsp vanilla)

1 oz. coconut rum (Malibu-style)

2 oz. toasted coconut tea concentrate, cooled

1 oz. cream of coconut or ½ oz. simple syrup for a lighter version

Ice
-
Toasted coconut flakes
-
Chocolate syrup, honey or simple syrup for glass rim

Directions
Make The Tea Concentrate
Brew 2 tea bags in 4 oz. hot water for 5 minutes.
Remove teabags and let the tea cool completely (you can chill it quickly in the fridge).
Prepare the Glass (optional but delicious)
Lightly rim a martini glass with honey/simple syrup.
Dip into toasted coconut flakes.
Shake the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz. vanilla vodka, 1 oz. coconut rum, 2 oz. cooled toasted coconut tea concentrate, 1 oz. cream of coconut (or sweetener of choice) and a handful of ice.
Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
Serve
Strain into your martini glass.
