Creamy Salted Caramel Black Tea popsicles drizzled with homemade caramel and sprinkled with chunky sea salt.

Bigelow Tea
 
                      Ingredients
- 
                
                
3 Salted Caramel tea bags 
- 
2 cups milk 
- 
1/2 cup heavy cream 
- 
1/2 cup boiling water 
- 
sprinkle of sea salt 
- 
2 tbsp homemade caramel sauce 
- 
1 cup unsalted butter 
- 
2 cups light brown sugar 
- 
2/3 cup heavy cream 
Caramel Sauce
Directions
- Put 3 tea bags in a mug with 1/2 cup boiling water, allow to steep covered for 10 minutes. 
- Remove tea bags and combine all ingredients in a high speed blender until mixed. 
- Pour into popsicles mold. 
- Freeze for 6 hours or until completely frozen. 
Caramel Sauce
- Melt butter, add sugar and cream whisk until fully mixed allow to simmer about 3 minutes. 
- Allow to cool and add into popsicle blend.
