Creamy Salted Caramel Black Tea popsicles drizzled with homemade caramel and sprinkled with chunky sea salt.

3 Salted Caramel tea bags
2 cups milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup boiling water
sprinkle of sea salt
2 tbsp homemade caramel sauce
1 cup unsalted butter
2 cups light brown sugar
2/3 cup heavy cream
Put 3 tea bags in a mug with 1/2 cup boiling water, allow to steep covered for 10 minutes.
Remove tea bags and combine all ingredients in a high speed blender until mixed.
Pour into popsicles mold.
Freeze for 6 hours or until completely frozen.
Melt butter, add sugar and cream whisk until fully mixed allow to simmer about 3 minutes.
Allow to cool and add into popsicle blend.
Can also be used to drizzle on top of Popsicles.
