This smokey and berry forward sauce is the perfect balance of sweet and tangy with a hint of heat.

3 cup hot water
3 bags Bigelow Benefits Blueberry Aloe Herbal
¼ cup red wine vinegar
¼ cup brown sugar
1-1/4 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons Chipotle Chili Powder
Pour boiling water over tea bags.
Let steep for 5 minutes.
Remove bags, squeezing them for excess tea.
Add brown sugar until dissolved. Set aside.
In a saucepan, add tea, ketchup, and Chili.
Mix well and simmer for 25-30 minutes to reduce volume by half.
Allow the sauce to cool and use in your favorite recipe.
