Ingredients
-
2 oz. gin
-
1 oz. lemon juice
-
¾ oz. simple syrup
-
5-6 fresh raspberries or 1 oz. raspberry puree
-
½ cup Bigelow Butterfly Pea Flower Sapphire Bay Herbal Tea, brewed strong and chilled
-
Edible flower (for garnish)
Directions
Brew Sapphire Bay Bigelow tea and chill completely
In a shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, with ice. Shake well until chilled.
In a glass add raspberries and muddle. Add fresh juice and strain the mixture that is in the shaker.
Slowly pour the chilled Sapphire Bay tea as it floats — creating a mystical, layered effect of deep violet-blue over red.
