1: 9x5 Loaf
After finding her banana bread recipe hidden away in a book she was able to combine a few ideas and baked up this bread infused with Vanilla Chai tea.

2 mashed ripe banana
⅓ cup fat free greek yogurt
5 tablespoons butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup packed brown sugar
2¼ cups all-purpose flour
¾ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1-2 Bigelow Vanilla Chai tea bags
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add banana to stand mixer and beat until mashed.
Add yogurt, butter, vanilla extract and eggs to stand mixer bowl and beat on medium speed just until blended.
Add sugars and beat on medium just until blended.
In a separate bowl whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and contents of tea bag together.
Add to banana mixture ½ cup at a time and beat just until blended.
Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with butter.
Pour batter into pan and bake at 350° for 60-65 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes in pan on wire rack.
Remove from pan and cool completely before serving.
