Ingredients

1 Bigelow Butterfly Pea Flower Sapphire Bay tea bag

½ oz. lime juice

1 oz. pineapple juice

Splash of ginger beer

Glass of ice

Pineapple slice for garnish (optional)
Directions
Steep 1 Bigelow Butterfly Pea Flower Sapphire Bay tea bag in boiling water for 4 minutes.
Let tea cool.
Add ice to glass.
Pour tea over ice.
Add ½ oz. lime juice.
Add 1 oz. pineapple juice.
Stir. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a pineapple slice.
