2 oz Coconut water
2 oz Rooibos Hibiscus Concentrate
1.5 oz Lime juice
1.5 oz Tequila
¾ oz Simply syrup
Rim glass with salt or sugar
Serve over ice, garnish with lime wedge
Steep 2 Rooibos Hibiscus tea bags in 12 oz. water for 10 minutes.
Combine 2 oz. of tea concentrate, coconut water, lime juice, tequila and simple syrup over ice in a cocktail shaker.
Shake and strain into appropriate glassware.
