Baked Salmon With Rice and Green Tea Lemon Broth

Bigelow Tea
Ingredients

Salmon filet
-
Dash of Soy Sauce
-
Rice wine vinegar to taste

½ Cup Cooked Rice
-
½ teaspoon of white miso
-
Honey to taste
-
Garlic to taste
-
Salt to taste

1 cup water
-
2 bags Green Tea with Lemon
-
½ Vegetable Broth (optional)
Directions
Season and marinate your salmon filet for up to an hour before baking. I marinated mine in a mixture of soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, white miso, honey, and minced garlic.
Cook filet at 300F for about 12 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 145 degrees.
While salmon is cooking, make your broth.
Heat 1 cup water and ½ cup vegetable broth (optional) on the stove until boiling; and add 2 tea bags let steep for 3 minutes.
Remove tea bags from broth add dash of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon miso, and salt + garlic powder to taste ; whisk until integrated.
Add cooked rice of your choice and chopped green onions to a bowl; top with salmon and pour your warm tea broth over the top.
