Better than Meds
by Mary from San Jose on 12/1/2017 9:19:52 AM
In college I developed a habit of coffee in the A.M and Sleep aid meds at night i.e ZZZquil , Theraflu, Nyquil, etc. Sweet dreams is my new sleep aid. I didn't believe it would help but after one cup i can barely keep my eyes open. No more sleep meds for me. I still drink a lot of coffee in the A.M and sometimes can't settle for bed. Sweet dreams helps me fall asleep within a couplenof hours and i stay asleep all night.
So nice

So happy to have found my new sleep enhancer!
by Jessica from Amarillo on 9/7/2017 12:54:47 AM
This tea is wonderful and soothing. My mind is always racing and I find it hard to sleep, but when I relax at night with a cup of this tea it doesn't take long to put my mind at ease. Then I can have a peaceful nights sleep and hopefully wake up feeling a lot more refreshed!
Relaxing night time tea
by Debbie from Channelview on 6/15/2017 9:53:37 PM
As I aged a good night sleep has been elusive. This wonderfully delicious tea blend has become my favorite bedtime beverage. Perfectly blended flavors and soothing aroma send me right off to sweet dreams and a full night of restful sleep.
So good and works!
by Allen from Birmingham on 5/5/2017 12:36:41 AM
I was skeptical.. how can a tea actually put the mind at ease and help someone sleep.. naturally ? Nahhh.. no way but being the anti-pill guy later in my life figured why not, i suffer from horrible anxiety and what i was looking for most is something to just calm my mind down enough to relax and for some peace.. Months later, 100's of bags later, I don't want to go a night without atleast 2 bags.. It really helps me relax.. sure not as much as what some pills can do, but if you are like me, hate pills and the unnatural substances they are composed of, the side effects and everything else that comes with them.. then this is a great substitute, try it you'll see!
Can't say enough
by Dew from Concord on 11/22/2016 2:41:02 PM
I have drank the sweet dreams tea for over a yr. I don't like lickerish at all the other sleep teas have it. So thank u for presenting a tea that has the right combination of herbs to help us relax and sleep. I take one tea bag and a tsp agave 1 he before bed. By that time my body is ready to rest without struggling to go to sleep. So for even those who much older it works great for us to. Again thank you Biglow. Please keep bringing it to the stores at a low price.

Love this tea
by Terry from BISMARCK on 11/20/2016 10:52:12 PM
This is my go to before bed, have to have it. Have tried many other "bed time" teas and none are better. Just wished that there was an extra strength sweet dreams, as I usually use two bags and steep around half hour to get to desired flavor (no sugar). Reheating again before drinking. Absolutely the best!
Buy Sweet Dreams Online
by Roger from Seabrook on 10/24/2016 10:42:51 PM
I love my local "mom and pop" markets, and buy lots from them to show my support. But if they don't carry this awesome tea, no worries. There is plenty available online. Amazon has it, but LuckyVitamin has it at a much lower price. Enjoy!!!
More than one use for this!
by Amy from Cincinnati on 5/5/2016 1:12:04 PM
I love this tea for the calming effect it has. It's also just a tasty tea, too. But I found a new side benefit for it, also. When I had a nasty case of a stomach bug, hubby gave me a mug of this to drink. It calmed the nausea and got rid of the vomiting! From then on, our family has used it for all kinds of tummy ailments. My kids are grown, but they still ask for it when ill. I know this is not an FDA approved thing, but just thought I'd share with all.

This is one of my favorite evening tea. The chamomile isn't too strong, but you can still taste it. Balanced very nicely with the mint. I'm glad to be finding it in boxes at the store rather than just in a variety pack.
Love it

I love this tea so much that I decided to write a 5 star review while drinking it. And this is coming from a coffee drinker.
by Mariana from Brazil on 3/12/2016 7:46:37 PM
The tea is perfect. It's not like those herbal teas for sleep that don't have a flavor. I was surprised when i drank it. And it also calms you down, i recommend it for anxious people or just the ones who want a good night of sleep.

Bigelow has done it once again! I was nervous to try Sweet Dreams after tasting the other brands "Sleepytime" tea...which I found repulsive. This tea is light, comforting, and tastes delicious! I purchased a sampler pack that had this tea in it, and I will be purchasing a box of this when I run out! I like to add just a teaspoon of sugar and a little honey, so wonderful!
I Found Out A Thing or Two...
by Angela from Washington on 1/25/2016 11:37:03 AM
After reading some of the reviews posted here, I thought it would be beneficial to post a review answering some questions. This tea is not discontinued, however, a lot of stores do not carry since it is not a commonly used, top selling, product. If you consult with walmart, like I did, they will have it in their stores if enough people want to buy it, but if you know of a small owned grocery store, they sometimes can buy it in smaller amounts and can provide it much better if requested. So please try talking to your smaller grocery stores nearest you. As far as it causing bad dreams, that is a possibility. Herbal teas are known for their delectable taste and soothing attributes, however, some people cannot handle certain herbal ingredients and it can cause side effects. For instance, green tea has been known to thin a person's blood to the point that when consumed in large doses can cause strokes and heart-attacks in individuals who already have a blood clot or have been known to have heart troubles often. This tea is meant to calm a person's nerves and acts like a psych-drug. For example, if a person requires diazapan for anxiety and it gives them nightmares, and you drink this tea and it does the same, then it's clear you can't take certain calming agents. I don't know if this helps anyone, but I felt the need to try. Thanks for reading. This is my absolute favorite tea, so I offer it to all who love it's calming effects and sweet taste. Thank you.

This is my favorite herbal tea by far, but I am also having trouble finding it in stores in the last few months. Please post something here so we know what is going on. In the meantime, I was so relieved to discover I can still order it online. I was afraid you had discontinued it! I bought some other chamomile blend the other day, and it's nowhere near as wonderful! I like this as tea, but I also like to put it in a mug of hot milk with a little honey. It sounds weird, but it's actually pretty amazing!
Why isn't it on the shelf at the store?
by Mary from Flagstaff on 10/27/2015 8:00:29 AM
I love this tea for it's calming effect right before I go to bed. No other tea works for me. Other companies have similar teas, but their mix isn't quite the same nor do theirs taste the same. But where or where has Sweet Dreams gone from the store shelves? I can't find it at my local stores.

Why has my favorite evening tea disappeared from area stores?
Where have sweet dreams gone?
by Shelley from Middlebury on 10/14/2015 9:36:50 PM
My daughter and I have loved this tea for years, Now I am disappointed to search and search stores for it and can't seem to find it. Other teas cannot measure up to our favorites, Sweet Dreams and Plantation Mint. My daughter now in college wants it in her care packages.

My mother, age 95, had bad dreams every night when drinking this tea before bed. When she stopped drinking it the dreams also stopped right away.

I love the Bigelow Sweet Dreams herbal tea. I love drinking a large cup of sweet dreams just before climbing into bed each night. It is very relaxing. I am having problems trying to find it in the grocery stores.
perfect night tea

I've never been so much into teas until now. I was in my local vons store and stumbled upon bigelow tea because it was on sale, the packaging was nice, and the tea bags were in foil wrapping. This tea specifically is so soothing and calming, you can taste every flavor listed I will not switch to any other brand thanks bigelow!

I love this tea but can only find it in the sampler pack anymore. Resorted to trying Celestial Seasonings "Sleepy time" tea but it just wasn't the same. Going to have to start buying online or just keep buying the variety boxes because neither Safeway nor Walmart carry the individual boxes of Sweet Dreams anymore. My favorite evening tea by far!
Love this tea and can't find it in my local stores anymore
by April from San Jose on 12/10/2014 10:11:12 PM
This is one of my favorite teas. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find it in my local stores lately. At first I thought they were just sold out, then I couldn't find any shelf tags for it. So glad I can order it direct from Bigelow :)
by Karina from Seattle on 12/2/2014 11:20:35 PM
This tea has been the best one ever! I put a little bit of milk and sugar and the taste was just splendid! I love this tea so much. This by far my favorite. Perfect for the cold and rainy weather of Seattle.
A Timeless Favorite
by Richard from North Port on 11/11/2014 6:32:17 PM
I remember drinking my first cup of Bigelow Sweet Dreams tea on a cold Chicago day when I was just a teenager over 30 years ago. Not only did the taste impress me (I had never had herbal tea before that) but I also loved how it made me feel - like a warm, calming wave had gently washed over my body. To this day, after trying many different teas, I always return to my first love, Sweet Dreams. Not only for the perfectly balanced flavors, but for the peaceful feeling of tranquility it imparts. Is it me or something in the tea? Try it and you decide.
One of the best herbal teas out there

This puts Celestial Seasonings 'Sleepytime Tea' to shame. Bursting with flavor yet soothing, it's a perfect tea for any time of day.
