full and satisfying & Sunday breakfast sublimation!
by mariam from Potomac, MD on 6/14/2015 6:45:34 PM
Dear Bigelow Tea, I had this tea for the first time this morning too; I was so looking forward to it I got up maybe too soon, it is Sunday and I had a full English breakfast with it! I made fried tomatoes too and had baked beans, one fried egg one scrambled, and bacon! I'm having it again after dinner. I had been meaning to since afternoon; usually I just have tea in the morning, and sometimes afternoon tea, but this s so... soothing. I was having the Bigelow Earl Grey slavishly for 3-5 months when I switched to the Bigelow Darjeeling which really is the champagne of teas. That was for about 5-6 weeks. Then today the English breakfast; there is something classic about this blend. I feel like I've had it before yet it's not overpowering like black tea per say. It's just so good: it's mid June and we have a heat wave on but inside it's a bit too chilly (faulty system) and we had a torrent of rain... The English breakfast started my day so nicely and kept it nice and it is not too strong, nor too sweet and I drink it very hot, I just want to sip it all in one sitting. It's smooth and satisfying and sublimating.
Smooth Taste
by Victor from Grey Forest TX on 11/24/2014 8:38:30 PM
I just started drinking this tea in the morning. I have been a coffee drinker all my life & went from 3 to 2 cups of coffee over the last 4yrs. For some reason, coffee (even the decaf) sometimes would just taste too strong. Since starting English Breakfast, I have found the perfect smooth blend and taste in my morning cup (and I just have one cup) and no more strong taste in my mouth. I just add 1/2 tsp sugar and touch it up with milk. the perfect cup !!
Excellent morning/afternoon/late night tea!

Good tea and good strength
by Audrey from Wyoming on 8/23/2014 12:45:21 PM
Hello, This is a good Black Tea with good strength. I don't think there is much else to say. I have given this tea a five star rating for that reason. Audrey
