A berry twist on a classic cocktail made with Bigelow Botanicals Blackberry Raspberry Hibiscus.
Bigelow Tea
Fresh Blackberries and/or Raspberries
4 oz Bigelow Botanicals Blackberry Raspberry Hibiscus
1 oz Gin (eliminate for mocktail)
.5 oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Seltzer
Add .5 oz Raspberry or Blackberry juice or muddle fresh berries for a sweeter take
Add ice plus all ingredients into shaker.
Shake until cold, about 20 seconds.
Pour into glass with ice.
Top with seltzer.
Garnish with fruit.
Use 2 tea bags of Blackberry Raspberry Hibiscus Cold Water Infusion per 12 oz. of cold water and steep for 20 minutes.
*Using fresh blackberries- muddle a handful of blackberries then add to shaker with gin and ice.
