Place tea bags in 2 cups of boiling water and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove tea bags and discard. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to hot tea and stir to dissolve. Meanwhile, place ¼ cup of cold water in a medium bowl and add the gelatin. Stir to combine and allow to sit for 2 minutes. Add hot, sweetened tea to bowl with gelatin and whisk to combine. Evenly distribute the raspberries (or other fresh fruit of your choice) among the tea cups.
