not the same!
by Anne from Hatfield on 4/18/2015 8:42:59 AM
I went on this Bigelow website to try to find the good old Constant Comment decaf tea but see it not available... I agree that with the new packaging comes a different recipe and little to no flavor of the original... So sad to see and disappointed. Tastes like I'm drinking hot water!! I will have to hunt for another favorite. Please bring back the old recipe!!
Cannot find Constant Comment Decaf
by Ann from Hideaway on 4/16/2015 7:04:43 AM
I am yet another person who cannot find CC Decaf in local stores. I live in the Tyler, TX area. What is going on Bigelow? I do not want to buy a case! And I agree the taste and the aroma are not quite the same.
Missing decaf tea
by Teresa from Seattle on 4/9/2015 11:52:33 PM
I live in Seattle WA. Decaf constant comment has disappeared from my neighborhood stores. Can't find it at Safeway or Bartells. My husband found it at a Safeway in a different neighborhood.
Where, oh, where is CC Decaf??
by Stacy from Parrish on 4/6/2015 12:55:15 PM
I, too, live in Southwest Florida, and cannot find CC DECAF anywhere. Where on earth has it gone? I love it at night, but now cannot drink it. I can't have caffeine before going to bed. Can someone please share the whereabouts of this tea?
Constant C omment

I am down to my last 2 bags of Constant Comment Decaffeinated tea. This is the only tea I drink & I can't find it anywhere. Sometimes I find the caffeinated but never the decaffeinated! Why is that? I live in Ill. & Fla. & can't find it in either state I would appreciate it if you could tell me who carries it.- Thank you
Miss the old blend
by Catherine from Palmetto on 2/15/2015 2:27:04 PM
I loved this tea, and bought and drank it exclusively for years. I have noticed with the new packaging a change in flavor. No longer is there the visible orange rind, the rich spicy aroma when opening the foil. There is only a hint of what used to be. WHY? Why change the recipe of your signature line? I am disappointed, and wish I could have an answer. I can no longer find the decaf anywhere in SW Florida, and hate to order it online, only to find it is as bland as the caffeinated. Please tell me why you changed the blend. Thank you.
Constant Comment Defa
by linda from Venice on 12/28/2014 3:22:32 PM
I too have found that it is hard to find the Decaf. Public's and Walmart in SW Fl. no longer handle it. I've also found since you changed the packaging. The taste is just not the same. I miss the Orange rind and sweet spice that was a staple in the old packaging blend. The new taste is more black tea and rather bitter.
Love it & miss it
by Kirby from Clearwater on 12/17/2014 9:15:29 PM
My wife and I have been drinking and enjoying it since I was given a cup of it with a shot of Cointreau Brandy Liqueur at a barber shop in Knawbone, IN. in the early 1970's. It was a blistery cold day and I was on my way home from a business trip when I happened to stop in this barber shop I had never been in before. I am sure glad I did as it is our staple drink every winter. My problem now is none of the supermarkets including Walmart carry the decaffeinated version which we need as we normally drink it in the evenings.

My Tea
by Peggy from Richmond on 5/24/2014 7:10:46 AM
This is "my tea"! I enjoy the cup I am drinking right now just as much as the first cup I brewed about 30 years ago. The complexity of the spices with a hint of citrus is a flavor I have never tired of. I look forward to each cup. I have shared this tea with so many people I have lost count.
