“Constant Comment”® Glaze

2 cups of brewed "Constant Comment"® Tea
Juice & zest of 1 orange
1 Tbsp honey
Shallot, sliced
1 bay leaf



Recipe was created by Chef John, Patterson Club,  Fairfield, Connecticut

Bring all ingredients to boil, reduce to syrup-like consistency, strain out solids, reserve glaze.

Can be refrigerated up to one week.

To use:  Warm to room temp.  Drizzle glaze over sautéed vegetables or meats.  Season with salt & pepper.
