How much Vitamin K is present in a cup of tea?
Vitamin K is a naturally-occurring vitamin in the tea
plant. Of all the tea types, green tea contains the highest
amount, although as a fat-soluble vitamin, very little is present
in a brewed cup. According to available information, one cup
of brewed tea contains approximately 0.6 - 0.8 micrograms
(mcg). Herb teas do not contain any significant amounts of
Vitamin K.
