What is the difference between a Confirmation Number and Order Number?
When placing your order via our web site you receive a
confirmation number. Once the order is downloaded in our ordering
system it is then given an Order number (Bigelow reference number).
One or both of these numbers might appear in the different emails
you will receive such as; Confirmation email, Purchase Notification
email and UPS tracking number email. These numbers pertain to your
order with Bigelow Tea.
