Your Fed-Ex tracking number consists of 15 characters and is sent via email once your order ships. Please keep in mind if you're set up with spam blocking filter on your computer you may have to add Bigelow Tea to your address book to be able to receive our email. Once the email is received click on the Fed-Ex Tracking number and it will direct you to the Fed-Ex website for tracking.
