What ship methods do you use and when will my order ship?
We use Fed-Ex (Federal Express) and Priority Mail (for P.O. Box
address).
We always make every effort to ship product the same day that it
is ordered. Each order must go through a credit approval process
and then be sent to the warehouse where it will be shipping from.
Each warehouse has cutoff times that vary by location. Orders that
arrive at the shipping warehouse past the cutoff time of 12 noon
EST will typically ship the next business day.

Standard Ground :

Standard ground includes delivery via Fed-Ex Ground and Home
Delivery. Orders placed via Standard Ground Service are not
guaranteed to be delivered within a certain timeframe. The
standard transit time 7 to 10 business days.

2nd Day Shipping:
|
Items upgraded to 2nd Day Shipping will ship via Fed-Ex
2nd Day Air. Items will arrive within 2 business days
Monday-Friday from shipping. Orders must be placed by 12 noon EST
Monday -Friday to ship the same day. This service is an additional
$10.00 charge plus the regular shipping and handling charge.
(2nd day shipping is not available for engraved Tea Chest)

Overnight
Shipping:

Items upgraded to Overnight Shipping will ship via Fed-Ex Next
Day Air. Items will arrive within 1 business day Monday -Friday
from shipping. Orders must be placed by 12 noon EST Monday -Friday
to ship the same day. . This service is an additional $16.00 charge
plus the regular shipping and handling charge.
(Overnight shipping is not available for engraved Tea Chest)

Delivery:

Items upgraded to Saturday Delivery will ship via Fed-Ex
Priority Overnight. Items will arrive for Saturday delivery. Orders
must be placed by 12 noon EST Friday to ship the same day. This
service is an additional $26.00 plus the regular shipping and
handling charge
(Saturday Delivery is not available for engraved Tea Chest .)

Post Office :
|
Orders shipping to a P.O. Box address will be delivered by USPS
Media Mail (a non-trackable shipping method). Orders placed via
this shipping option are not guaranteed to be delivered within a
certain timeframe. The standard transit time is 7 to 10
business days.
