Yoga is a great way to relax and unwind and increase alertness at the same time...just like Bigelow tea!

Our first yoga program was so successful that almost everyone wants to do it again! Many have expressed how great it is to de-stress after a day's work. I can personally testify to the fact that not only do I feel more relaxed, but also stronger and more flexible. We will be starting up another 8-week program in January (date TBD). The cost is $55 for all 8 weeks, a real bargain! It is gentle yoga, so anyone can participate and all you need is a mat. Let me know if you would like to join the next program.
