Bigelow Cinnamon Apple and Cranberry Apple Tea Stuffing

A delicious side dish for turkey or chicken, loaded with apple flavor!

Ingredients

4 cups stock
4 tea bags Bigelow Cinnamon Apple Tea
4 tea bags Bigelow Cranberry Apple Tea
1/2 cup butter
2 cups celery, diced
1 sweet onion, diced
2 cups apple, diced
2 cups walnut
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon kosher salt
2 pounds bread, cubed and dried

Instructions

Heat stock and add tea and let steep.  Melt butter and sweat celery, onion and apple till tender.

Add walnuts, salt and pepper.  Toss with bread and add stock.

Put into butter dish and let bake till brown.
