I never thought in a million years I would get to “tea it up” with the world’s best golfers at the 2014 PGA Championship at Valhalla Golf Club. However, that is exactly what Eric Jackson, Quality Lead Louisville, my dad (Mitchell Judy) and I did in an indirect way to promote Bigelow Tea at one of the world’s biggest and most prestige sporting events of the year. Donning our Bigelow Tea shirts and hats we proudly displayed the Bigelow Tea logo and rubbed elbows with people from all over the world. Over a two day period, we got to share the Bigelow Tea story many times and received lots of comments about how delicious our specialty teas really are. Earl Grey and Constant Comment were by far the fan favorites. Even though the spotlight was squarely on the golfers and who would win the Wanamaker trophy on Sunday, a nice cup of hot tea would have won over many fans since the weather was rainy and there was a distinct chill in the air for most of the tournament. What a great time at the 2014 PGA Championship and Bigelow Tea was there!!
