Every Saturday afternoon my family and I can usually be found at the Lagrange Auction in Bukner Ky. We love going, not always needing to buy anything, but just to watch the bidding action and meet new people. Unfortunately for the kids, this wasn’t what they considered “fun”. To keep themselves occupied they started helping out in the concession area and quickly became part of the regular help. They spend hours serving up hot dogs, hamburgers, French fries and cake to all the patrons wanting a bite to eat in between bids. They have “regular” customers often coming up asking “Nick, give me my usual”, or “Britt make my fries extra crispy”.

This was all fine and one day my daughter asked me, “Dad, we make coffee but no tea. Can we serve tea?” Great idea I thought. New people every week, lets show them some Bigelow Tea! I found a 3 over 3 rack in our lunchroom and grabbed a case of herbal tea Foodservice off the damage table and brought it to the auction. I could hear my daughter asking patrons if they’d like to try a free cup of tea. We began to hear comments like, “My that’s good” and, “Bigelow? I’ll have to try some more”, and “Where can I get this?”

So not only do we spend some good family time on Saturday afternoons, we’re also introducing our fellow auctionitees (<-I just made that word up) to Bigelow Tea. I can't wait to bring some other flavors to get more SOLD on Bigelow Tea!
