Don't love it
by Harry from Holyoke, MN on February 24, 2013
It tastes quite bland and does not even compare to the pyramid tea bags. I bought this product thinking it was at least close to the quality of the pyramid tea bags, but I was very wrong. I was quite disappointed, this tea is dust.
THE BEST TEAS
by Patricia from Memphis on November 21, 2012
I would give this tea a rating of 10 if I could. We used to "winter" in Charleston and went right to the tea plantation to see how tea was produced and fell right in love with this product. Clean and crisp.. all tea. We have even gotten some of the flavored teas and unbagged, cut teas. IF you want some good tea give this one a try. Well worth the money.

American Classic is the best tea use if you're mild taste without bitterness.
I'm trying to cut sugar and sugar is not needed at all with the American Classic tea, whether you like it hot or cold.
American Classic Tea, is just what it us,

My year-round tea
by Diane from Amherst on July 8, 2011
Since I discovered American Classic several years ago, I don't drink anything else. It's so smooth and doesn't have that tannic bitterness no matter how long you leave the tea bag in. I buy it once a year - 10 to 12 boxes at a time since I live in Ohio and need a year's supply.
American Made Best Tea Ever
by Beth from Hegins on May 17, 2011
My son was on a field trip and stopped at the plantation and brought me some tea. First of all, it is American grown!! Second of all it does not have an after-taste, which you really notice after drinking this tea and going back to any other brand. I cannot finish another cup of black tea unless it is American Classic from Charleston Tea Plantaion.
Perfect any time

This is the best tea, hot or cold. It is smooth, drinkable, and never has a bitter aftertaste, even if you like it strong. Buy a case and share with friends!

This makes the best glass of iced tea or cup of hot tea you can buy. It's very smooth and doesn't have any "bite" like other teas. If you try it, you'll never buy anything else.

My daughter loves this tea. Due to the lack of good iced tea in New York City,I have tea shipped to her from this website. From her brewing, I think half of Columbia University loves it too. She can't make enough for people from other parts of the country!
Delicious in Texas

I grew up in South Carolina and remembered having this tea when I was a kid. I now live in Texas, which is as much the land of iced tea as is South Carolina. This tea is great hot or cold. I have never had it taste bitter or too strong. It is always refreshing and satisfying!

We have been using this tea for years now. We panicked when the Charleston tea plantation was put up for sale, but thankfully Bigelow bought it out. Now we can enjoy the tea anytime. I highly recommend this product!

This is the best tea. Very smooth, not bitter or acidic. Try this try this try this. You'll never buy another tea - especially to use for iced tea - again.
