It's more of a question than a review, but could you tell me when the original blend of constant comment was changed to it's current more "toned down" version of it's original predecessor?

I was maybe 10 or 11 when I discovered this tea and I have so many great memories of kicking back with a book and reading while sipping on a cup of Constant Comment. Every time I even catch a slight whiff, those memories come flooding back into my mind. I'll always cherish those memories...and this tea!

This is a great tea...if you haven't tried it Iced you definately should. I make a big jar of sun tea with reg black tea and then also use 1 or 2 Constant Comments. Delicious!

My high school girlfriend introduced me to Constant Comment 30 years ago and it's still my absolute favorite - hot or cold! There's rarely a day you won't find a pitcher of CC iced tea in my fridge. I don't care for overly sweet tea but I do like some flavor. My recipe for CC iced tea: 3 CC tea bags and 3 regular or green tea bags. Put the tea bags in a sauce pan with 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Turn off burner and allow to steep for 3-4 mins. Remove the tea bags and pour the tea into pitcher containing enough sugar to sweeten 1 gal. to your taste (I use a little less than 1 cup). Stir well. Fill the pitcher with cold water and ice. This recipe is great for a few reasons. The small amount of hot liquid comes to a boil in just a couple of minutes and it's just enough to instantly dissolve the sugar but not so much that it isn't instantly made cold with the ice and cold water. Total time from start to finish: less than 5 mins for a gallon of the best iced tea on the planet. Thanks Bigelow for making and continuing to make one of my favorite things in life!

It is my all time, absolute favorite tea and it mixes well with green tea too. I wish there were coupons for this product. I am a Bigelow fan forever!

My favorite tea was Lipton's Orange Pekoe And Pekoe Black Tea, until my sister-in-law made some Bigelow "Constant Comment" tea for me. That is the best tea i have ever had! Thank You for it!

I use this product with another heavy orange pekoe tea(red rose) to brew iced tea. Use even bag amounts .For 1 gallon I use 6 bags each and let it brew minimum 6 hours-to 10 hours. The orange essence sweetens the tea mix.Try it.
If its too strong cut it with ice. I'm diabetic and this quenches the thirst.

I generally do not like tea- HOWEVER- Constant Comment is my 4X daily treat!As I cannot find it in the 40 pack, I buy it right here online. Thanks, Bigelow!
